Annual Attestation Requirement for Rhode Island Approved Eligible Facilities
The Appendix E – Annual Attestation pursuant to the Renewable Energy Act R.I.G.L. §39-26-1 et . Seq. and Section 2.5(C) of the Regulations Governing the Implementation of a Renewable Energy Standard is required by July 1st of all facilities located in a Control Area Adjacent to NEPOOL.
