How to Navigate the Rhode Island RES Portal:
The standards for a renewable energy facility to be considered eligible for the RES can be found in 810-RICR-40-05-2 section 2.5.
All applications will be assigned a docket number and undergo a thirty-day commenting period before approval by the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission.

Create an account in the Rhode Island RES Portal:
Step 1:
Create an account by clicking on “apply” in the top right corner of our homepage.
Step 2:
Click the link that was emailed to you to activate your account. You will be taken back to the Rhode Island RES portal.
Step 3:
Click the login now button and enter your username and password.
